Park your License
If you are not actively selling real estate you can "park" your license with Callum Page Realty Group and generate income by referring clients to the company and earning a referral fee. You do not have to pay to join the Association of Realtors or the Multiple Listing Service.

Below Average Fees
- $60.00 monthly fee.
- $100.00 one-time on-boarding fee. The fee covers initial office set-up and the processing of CalBRE, multiple listing and realtor association paperwork.
- *$125.00 Errors and Omission fee. The fee is deducted from each closed sales transaction per side.
- *$550.00 transaction fee. The fee is deducted from each closed sale transaction per side.
- *$250.00 transaction fee. The fee is deducted from each closed lease transaction per side.
