If you are not actively selling real estate you can "park" your license with Callum Page Realty Group and generate income by referring clients to the company and earning a referral fee. You do not have to pay to join the Association of Realtors or the Multiple Listing Service.

Below Average Fees
- $60.00 monthly fee.
- $100.00 one-time on-boarding fee. The fee covers initial office set-up and the processing of CalBRE, multiple listing and realtor association paperwork.
- *$125.00 Errors and Omission fee. The fee is charged for each closed sales transaction per side.
- *$550.00 transaction fee. The fee is charged for each closed sale transaction per side.
- *$250.00 transaction fee. The fee is charged for each closed lease transaction per side.
